The A2 business offer includes four adjoining historic map areas, a subtle magnifying-glass detail at the checked premises location, an A2 landscape matte art print (59.4 × 42cm), and a Classic Black or Oak Finish wooden frame with a 34mm profile, clear acrylic glazing and backing board. Oak Finish is oak veneer, not solid oak; there is no separate mount. The outside frame is larger than A2. Redbridge Digital arranges professional printing and handles framing and dispatch manually after payment. One proof and one layout adjustment are included. Printing begins after approval. If suitable coverage is unavailable, the order is refunded before production. A2 delivery is estimated at 10–15 working days after proof approval, not guaranteed.

The seller is Redbridge Digital. Contact info@redbridgestudios.com about an order, cancellation, return or complaint, quoting your order reference. Business contact address: Unit 2, Redbridge Industrial Estate, Bolton, BL2 5PH.

Prices are in pounds sterling. The basket shows each item and the total before payment. Digital delivery is free. The personalised A2 framed business-map offer is £149 including UK delivery, ordered through Payhip. Other physical catalogue orders have £7.99 tracked UK delivery per order where shown at checkout. Each purchase is a single payment, with no subscription. Orders and customer support are in English.

Digital editions are PDF publications for personal use. A full download and a PDF reader are required; editable pages need a reader supporting PDF forms. Files may exceed 200 MB per edition. Save the complete PDFs to Files on an iPad before opening. Internet access is needed for sign-in and download. Your map library links orders to your ChatGPT account.

You expressly request digital delivery after payment and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right ends when supply of the download begins. This does not affect your rights if digital content is faulty or does not match its description. The order confirmation records this acknowledgement.

Unframed prints are estimated to arrive in 5–8 working days; standard frames in 7–10 working days, including production and tracked UK delivery. These are estimates. Standard A3 frames use 200gsm enhanced matte art paper, a real-wood frame, float glass and no mount. The natural finish is oak-effect. A3 describes the print, not the outside frame size.

For standard physical products, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You pay the direct return cost for a change of mind. We refund the goods and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence of return. We may deduct loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Personalised maps made to your specification may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation. This is explained in the individual quote before ordering. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods remain covered by your statutory rights. Contact us before arranging a return so we can provide the correct instructions.

We do not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind returns period beyond the cancellation rights described above. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

To cancel, email: “I wish to cancel my order”, followed by the order reference, item, order/receipt date, name and address. You may use this wording or any other clear cancellation statement. We will acknowledge complaints and explain the next steps.

Historic maps show selected coverage, dates and scales. They are not current navigation or legal property-boundary records. Source credits remain in the publications. A purchase does not grant exclusive rights to the underlying historical cartography.

Your basket and saved places use storage on your device. The service worker caches only the public catalogue, interface assets and reduced map previews. It does not cache orders, private downloads, sign-in pages or enquiries. Clear site data in your browser to remove device-local preferences.

Searching a postcode sends that postcode to Postcodes.io after you submit the search. We use the result to find candidate historic-map coverage. A postcode match does not guarantee coverage of a particular building.

Find my location asks your browser for location access only when you tap the button. Coordinates are rounded to approximately 100 metres before being sent to our website to check historic-map coverage; they are not stored as a location history or sent to Postcodes.io. You can search by town or postcode instead. If you submit an enquiry containing the location, it is saved with that enquiry.

An enquiry stores your name, email, chosen place and message so we can respond. Checkout uses ChatGPT sign-in to link your orders to your account. Stripe processes payment details; this website does not receive or store your full card number. Order records include purchased items, payment status, contact email and any delivery details.

We use order information to perform the purchase contract and keep necessary business records. Enquiry handling and abuse prevention support our legitimate business interests. We do not subscribe you to marketing or sell your personal information. The shop uses OpenAI Sites/Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Stripe for payments and the agreed fulfilment provider for physical deliveries.

The proposed retention periods are 12 months after an enquiry is resolved and six years for transaction records. Records may be kept longer where needed for an outstanding dispute or legal requirement. Access is limited to authorised shop administration and service providers.

You may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Some transaction records must be retained. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Provider privacy policies explain how each service handles its own records.
